TOUCHING THE EAGLES

PART THREE

NINE DAYS AT MT SHASTA

Day Twenty-One - August 21, 1986 - Day Three at Mt Shasta

My Car is Taken Away
While in Phoenix I experienced some minor car trouble. The transmission oil was low so I added oil. Upon arriving at Mt Shasta the problem returned so I took the car into a transmission shop. I was told it would take the whole day to fix my vehicle. Apparently the guides wanted me to stay close to town that days. At 9:33 A.M. I booked into the motel where Michael and his family were staying.

Chief Walking Water
Later in the morning Michael and his family and I went to the Mt Shasta city park. As we pulled away from the motel in Michael's van we saw a beautiful rainbow which was formed from the water from a water sprinkler on the lawn. Arriving at the park we played for awhile with the children at the playground.

A sign at the recreation playground in the park read, 'The City of Pure Water'. Nearby was a small waterfall and I went over and sat on a bench near the waterfall. I closed my eyes and meditated briefly. After awhile I was told to open my eyes and look at the reflections on the water. As I did so I was informed that Chief Walking Water was the guardian Indian spirit of this area of the park. I was told to come back here on the last day, day nine, to receive instructions from him.

Wendy From Winnipeg, Canada
In the afternoon Michael and I visited the laundermat. There were several women there as we entered and I immediately noticed a pretty young girl dressed in blue.

Jokingly, I said to Michael. "See that girl over there dressed in blue? My guides want me to talk to her."

"I wouldn't doubt it." Michael replied.

Then the guides spoke to me, "We do want you to talk to her. It is important. Look at the time."

Looking over at the clock I noticed it was 2:33 P.M. This was certain confirmation that I should speak to her. I noticed her looking at the crystal which I was wearing openly displayed in front of my shirt. Then I noticed the crystal she was wearing on a necklace.

I approached her and spoke, "You were at the channeling last night."

Wendy was from Winnineg, Canada and had attended the Fine Arts Faculty at the University of British Columbia. She had been living at Mt Shasta for the past three months. I asked Wendy why she came to Mt Shasta.

"I am here to work to help establish the New Age and I am committed to it. That's the main focus of my life.

Wendy was quite modest. She told me that she liked to paint and do water colors. Later that afternoon in the health food store nearby I witnessed some of the most beautiful art work and water colors I had ever seen, I then learned that Wendy was the artist.

Meet Dorothy
Later in the afternoon I dropped into the Golden Bough Bookstore. Dorothy, the owner of the store, was talking to another lady about Ramtha videos. Noticing a picture of Dorothy on the wall I looked at it for a few minutes and her face seemed strangely familiar.

"You need to talk to her," I was told.

The other lady left and I began talking to Dorothy. After comparing our interests in Ramtha, Dorothy told me she had attended the Ramtha Dialogue which was held in Hawaii in 1984. Then I realized why her face appeared familiar. Ramtha had spoken to her personally and the conversation was recorded on the video.

I found Dorothy to be a very interesting and informing person. She introduced me to several other people in Mt Shasta.

I purchased several books at the bookstore, one of which was entitled, 'Mount Shasta, Home of the Ancients'. This is an excellent book and included articles contributed by various groups and individuals who tell of their personal experiences at Mt Shasta.

More U.F.O. Activity
At 5:33 P.M. I left the town of Mt Shasta and went back up on the mountain. At the headwaters I met two very pleasant fellows who were camping. I talked with George and Steven for some time.

Prior to dark I stood on a large rock near the headwaters and faced four directions in turn to determine which direction I should go to find a quiet place to meditate. Upon facing the last of the four directions, which I sensed to be north, I heard a bird call from that direction.

"Follow the sound," I was told.

I followed the sound and walked about one half mile to a large secluded rock and meditated until dark.

Later I met with Michael and Janice at the upper parking lot on the mountain. After a short meditation together we were fortunate to see a total of nine U.F.O.'s in the sky. Feeling we had a full day and night we returned to our motel rooms.
