TOUCHING THE EAGLES

Go To Bagels
Upon awakening in the morning I went into quiet nmeditation in which I was instructed to go to Bagels restaurant. Arriving at the restaurant early I sat down to a Danish and coffee.

After awhile people came in and the restaurant became a beehive of activity.

Mark
Mark sat down at my table and began to talk. He told me that Bagels is an energy center and a place of gathering in the mornings.

\ "Everyone gathers here. This is where people meet." he told me.

Mark was from New Jersey and had been living at Mt Shasta for two years.

"I write poetry and I have one poem published," He went on. "I have a dream to become a professional writer. I have studied life sciences and field ecology as well as English. I want to go back to school to do an English major."

Koa
Koa (pronounced Ki-ah) sat down as Mark was leaving. Koa, age fourty-two, was unemployed. He wore a pleasant smile and told me that he was interested in rock collecting and gems.

"I have trained myself in a method of rearranging body energy and the alignment of energies. I am here for balancing and working on my inner self." he stated.

I asked him what his name meant and he replied, "It is a name that has no special meaning. I just adopted it as my spiritual name.

A Visit With Adam and Pener
I had picked Adam up on the mountain the previous evening and made an appointment to see him today. Pener is his female co-worker.

I found their work to be very interesting and informative. Some of the things they have been involved with are the following; complete physical, emotional, mental and spiritual diagnosis; allergy diagnosi; spirit guide hookups; complete chakra and subtle body clearing and alignment; information on past, present and future; evolutionary alchemy; and esoteric Quabblah. Thye have been involved in recording valuable research on these topics for several years.

I spent several hours with Adam and Pener at their home.

Rainbow Clouds
At 3 PM I headed back up the mountain. Halfway up I parked my car and got out to observe the view. I noticed beautiful rainbow clouds in the sky. This was a first for me. This was the first time I had witnessed such a phenomenon, There were many of these beautiful colored clouds in the sky. These clouds were shaped like U.F.O's.

Later in the evening I attended another group gathering where Linda was again channeling. At the gathering I was guided to speak to Sandra.

Sandra, age thirty-nine, was from San Francisco and this was her first visit to Mt Shasta.

"I am here on a vacation." she told me. "I am in sales supplying communication services to major companies. I work with telephone services and data communications. I have been on a spiritual path for the past two years. I heard about Mt Shasta as a major power spot from the group which I attend."

That evening I slept on the mountain under the stars
