TOUCHING THE EAGLES

PART THREE

NINE DAYS AT MT SHASTA

Day Twenty-Six - August 26, 1986 - Day Eight at Mt Shasta

Pam
In my morning meditation I received one simple instruction from the guides. I was told to do my laundry and follow my inner guidance after that. Later in the morning I followed instructions and off I went to the laundermat. While waiting for my clothes to wash I went into the Mountain Song Natural Health Food store next door where I met Pam.

Pam was working at the health food store and had been in Mount Shasta for more than two years. She had graduated fron the John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California with a Masters degree in clinical holistic health education. The school consciousness and studies are very metaphysical. After graduation Pam went on to study other principles of holistic healing and prevention of illness. Her expertise is in nutrition.

Claudia
Later I stopped at the Bellissimo Cafe where Claudia was working. Appropriately it was 1:33 PM when I entered the cafe.

Claudia was from Weed and had worked at the cafe for the past month. She was eighteen years old and attending classes in general education at the College of the Siskiyous. She enjoyed sports and swimming and liked to hike and fish.

Bill- 'Crystal Reflections'
After talking with Claudia I went upstairs to the crystal shop. While looking over the collection of crystals and gems the guides spoke to me.

"There are three gifts here for you." I was told. You will know which ones they are."

I purchased the three 'gifts' and talked with Bill, the owner/manager of the crystal shop. Bill was originally from east Texas and had been here for nine months. He had opened the crystal shop last February. He was single and had two cats, Nikko and Misha. He was looking for ladies to share his hot tub with.

Pamatara
I left the crystal shop and went to the Golden Bough Bookstore where I met Pamatara. Originally from Chicago she had lived at Richmond, Virginia for four years where she was working as a feature writer and newspaper reporter. She was married to Greg up on the mountain four years ago. Grey teaches physics and chemestry at Cottonwood, California. He will be teaching toxin waste removal.

Krystal and Kim
I was at the bookstore at 4:45 PM when I was told by the guides to leave for the mountain at 5:33 PM. I did so and parked my car at the upper parking lot. I parked next to a yellow volkswagon with Maryland plates. As I was getting out of my car two girls walked up to the volkswagon. I was informed by the guides to talk to them.

"Hi. You are from Maryland. I noticed your license plates," I said.

"Yes. I was from there originally," one of the girls stated.

They introduced themselves as Krystal, age twenty-four and Kim, age twenty-three. Kim was from Maryland and Krystal from New England. They had arrived here from the east recently in their 1972 volkswagon, which they called Pearl.

Krystal's goal in life was to reach people through misoc. She enjoyed singing and playing the guitar.

Kim told me that she was there to balance her energies and to lead a simple life. She planned on living in Mount Shasta.

Terry From Fall River Mills
After the girls drove away I was guided to make another contact immediately. He was sitting in his vehicle as I approached.

Terry, age thirty-five and single, was from Fall River Mills, about sixyh miles away. His occupation involved Working in the woods planting and thinning trees. He enjoyed camping out and trout fishing.

While Terry was talking to me he kept his hands busy by crocheting. He was working on some lovely crochet work with rainbow colors.

"I went to Norway with a lady friend." he said. "She taught me how to crochet."

More UFO's Over the Mountain
Later in the evening I walked alone away from the parking lot. I was told by the guides that I would see a craft and would receive a boost of energy from them at 9:18 PM. I left my car at 9 PM and at the scheduled time I saw the light in the sky. The craft was flying from the west to the east and flashed its green, blue and red lights on and off as it passed by overhead in a zig-zagging motion.

I slept well on the mountain that night.
