Once upon a time
Somehow I found comfort
I felt a hand in mine
As I walked that unsteady path

I made my return as the sun went down
It took a while to realize
No where to go with water so high

The squirrels were all scampering around

People we love are a lot like flowers
Some blossoms bloom
Some flowers live in bunches
Some flowers grow in loving homes
Some flowers grow old and tired
So surround yourself with many flowers
SO MUCH TO EXPLORE
So much to explore
To play on the sand
We have much to do
This one thing is true
Awhile ago in my past
My heart was hurting
And I thought I'd never last.
And strength to carry on
Although I seemed to be alone
With no one to hold my hand.
Holding me so tight
I knew everything was fine
Everything was all right.
An angel walked with me
She helped me live and laugh
And taught me to be free.
As I travelled o'er the land
Now an angel walks with me
And I'm proud to hold her hand.
I see your angel light
And a switch turns on within my mind
And I think, 'What a sight'.
Beautiful colors sparkling bright
Pulsating, radiating, flowing
Your face glowing with delight.
An angel of the light
Sent down to be with me
To guide me through the night.
Of our home beyond the stars
Our real home in the heavens
Much farther than Venus or Mars.
We'll be together there
And that will be a glorious day
And for that I'll say a prayer.
We'll walk together in the sun
And I'll love you more each day my dear
And we'll always be together as one.
That they're always hovering near
Whispering encouragement
Whenever clouds appear.
And showing us the way
Performing little miracles
Within our lives every day.
Sent down from above
Showering us with blessings
And blessing us with love.
For one was sent to me
And I have her by my side
For all the world to see.

She makes the sun shine every day.

With her all my worries disappear

From Carlsbad to the Oceanside pier
I walked barefoot along the sandy beach
With the sound of the sea to my ear.
And filled the sky with its carmelic light
And twilight was setting in all around
As the day was giving way to night.
The tide had risen before my eyes
High tide had landed and I was stranded
What a crazy exciting surprise.
I felt an excitement come over me
Then as I climbed on nearby rocks
I slipped and fell into the sea,
Of my walk along the beach that day
A memory that will last forever
The day high tide came ny way.
And everything's brand new
The sky's bluer, the stars brighter
And it's all because of you.
I've never felt before
Happiness, honesty, truth
You've opened a locked door.
Something I've yearned for a long time ago
Something so wonderful, I couldn't resist it
And I never want to let it go.
You've brought out the best in me
My Cheyenne and my Golden Flame
My Carmel by the Sea.
I feel the sun radiating my soul
Filling me with your love
Filling me and making me whole.
A new outlook and a perfect harmony
Everything is perfect, there is me and you
And I am filled with love and glee.
That you will be with me soon one day
And that we will be together under the sun
And the moon and the stars in playful fun.
And I have found my mate in you
And may we experience many a surprise
Exploring the world with each others eyes.
The sun was shining bright
The grass was brillianr green
The air smelled crisp and clean.
The air buzzed with the sound of bees
The dandelions speckled the ground
The birds chirping made a beautiful sound.
And hoarding away the nuts they had found
The flowers were dazzling blue, yellow and red
The earth was alive, no longer dead.
You could hear the world say
The winter is over
And spring is here today.
He and she
Coats of white
They live to be.
Mates for life
Across frozen creeks
And fields of white.
Graet or small
Side by side
They defeat them all.
Bonded together
In this life or the next
Always forever.
But hearts mated too
A pair of white wolves
Me and you.
Dreams to be dreams
Never to come true
Until the very day
I fell for you.
You've filled my heart with love
My mind with unbelieveable thoughts
My soul with laughter
Things I thought were not possible
It's been proven to me
That it is very possible
Dreams can come true
With the warmth I feel for you

As I walk during the day
Shoulders back and head held high

Listening to the crickets call
Under the stars and moonlight.
Feels great as I walk the land
It is not just the same
Unless I were holding your hand.
Walking tall I love to do
And I am in my glory
When I am walking tall with you.
Along the beach or an avenue
In a park or through a town
On any street, up and down.
Lets make the most of them somehow
Before you know it time has passed
Hours and minutes go by so fast.
I end up in a dead end zone
I love it when you walk with me
And we stop and sit beneath a tree.
Day or night as we talk
And I firmly hold your hand
As together we walk the land.
And we are the gardeners
We get to choose which flowers
Are the centerpieces of our lives.
But are quickly taken away
Other flowers flourish
And are fortunate enough to stay.
Others live one by one
Some blossoms burst to life
And prefer the brillance of the sun.
Others show up alone
Some blossoms grow wild in the fields
Some battle between stones.
And quietly fade away
Others do not mind the twilight
And prefer the coolness of the shade.
And treat them like the brightest star
For flowers do not live forever
So love them for what they are.
The Grand Canyon and more
And we've only just begun
Together to have fun.
To travel the land
To climb the heights
To see the sights.
Just me and you
Travelling the land
Hand in hand.
As long as I'm with you
We'll have a lot of fun
For we've only just begun.
