"Good evening, I am Glasstaria. This evening I would like to talk to you about the necessity of knowing outer space.
There are people who contact many light entities. Many will identify where their origin is, and many will identify their mission. But basicly, when you deal with higher intelligence it is the knowing, and because of high frequency and energy, there are a lot of discrepancies in your messages.
Close to your earth are four commands. Basicly their function is the same; to protect and to see that nothing but good comes to the ionosphere of your planet
"The Ashtar Command which will be primarily in the Southern Americas.
"The Glay Command which is primarily in the Europe area.
"The Centuria Command which is primarily in the North America area.
"The Sirius Command from the Dogstar which is in your areas of the north and the very cold areas.
"There are several other ships which, from time to time, will come through. Some are monitored and some are not. Experimental craft sometimes may leave a bad impression on the earth by experimenting with your lower animals. Even those from Recticulm experimented with human beings but with little resistance. However, when you deal with higher intellect and experimentation of all species, it is like putting all lives into a test tube of research.
"I come here this evening to try to help you identify because of the curiousity of the homo sapien mind. Many like to relate to origin.
"Primarily the function of the four commands are the centurions of the universe; evacuation of other planets; the distribution of the species throughout the entire universe.
"It is with great pleasure that some of us can, through either channeling, or crystals, identify ourselves to you. Although our craft are very high when they are on their patrol mission, we are sometimes misidentified as your satellites. But this is a great protection for us. Also, during the day, we produce cloudlike formations. We usually are situated near high mountains to get good elevation and observation of earth.
"Because of the high energy, I am from the mothership Centralia. We are approximately now ten miles into the surface of Mars. Therefore, it is hard to give you a long message. I must go now. Alahoy."
