* Optional 10a: For rotating turret, locate center of 3a and 4B, and cut small 'X' in ctr. of each with tip of knife. DON'T glue 3A to 4B. Skip step 11.

* Optional 19: For rotating turret, push toothpick or skewer into X cut in ctr. of turret bottom (4C), mark approx. 1/2" from turret base, remove and cut off at mark. Put glue on cut off end and push fully into turret base. Keep glue off of base. When dry, insert pointed end into 'X' in tank top and rotate while pushing down gently  until turret is flush with tank. The turret should rotate smoothly enabling you to shoot the bad guys 360 degrees around you.
