I had what I thought was a fulfilling life
but on December 23th, 1991 my life changed forever. That is
the day my father passed away.
For many years my mother and brother were
active Christians and my father and I weren't. I know now, we
both were the recipients of many prayers.
Although I thought there was a God, I never
knew how to reach him. I also thought I had everything I ever
needed....fame, baseball, money and alot of bad habits. The
fateful day in 1991...the day I felt so lonely and lost was
the first time I knelt down to pray to Jesus to ask for help
and invite him into my life. Since that day, I know I have sinned
but because I have the Lord Jesus Christ, I know I am forgiven
and I will have eternal life. Now, I know I have everything
I ever needed and each day continues to bring new blessings.
